Contributions and Activities Status update- April 2017 to September 2017 (For 6 Months)

Our Sneha Hasthaalu  proving the value of team work in reaching the needy. Please have a look at summary of activities initiated by our SnehaHasthaalu in the last Half Year , in addition to our ongoing School Adoption program.

Activities Summary (From April 1st 2017 - Sept 2017):

     1)      Arranged Note books and Stationary for 120 adopted Govt schools(9000 students) : 6,00,000/-INR

    2)      Supported 14 Graduate Students: 5,50,000/-INR

    3)      Infrastructure & Renovation works at adopted schools : 5,79,500/-INR

    4)      Digital Class room @ adopted schools : 4,70,000/- INR

    5)      Teachers Meetings and Student talent fair Event : 65,000/-INR

    6)      For Tree Plantation & Maintenance : 1,50,000/-INR

Detail Activities Break-up:

1.      Note books,Copy books and Stationary for adopted schools: 6,00,000/-.

                  a.       Distributed material for 120 adopted schools (9000 students) 

         

 

2.   Supported 14 Graduate students : Total 5,50,000/- 

 a) MBBS Student Sailaja : 2,50,000/-

 b) 8 B.Tech Students : 1,40,000/-

c)  One IIT Student Sandeep & One BSC Student Lakshmi: 50,000/-

d)  3 B.Tech Students referred to TPF(Mahesh,Harika,Pushpalatha). TPF approved and sanctioned : 1,00,000/-

 

3.  For adopted Schools infrastructure & Renovation works : 5,79,500/-

           a)      Arranged Water facility @ Mittapalem MPP school : 11,500/-  

            b)     Provided Inverter & Screen for digital class facility  @ Rudravaram MPP school : 20,000/-

           c)      Renovated the internal gravel road, Toilet facilities, floor and shelves @ KGBV, Krosur , Guntur  Dt :  1,50,000/-

           d)     Arranged 4 Drawing tables  for one of our adopted school. And also arranged 1 fan & 4 chairs to one Angawadi school : 15,000/-

           e)      Arranged 80 benches @ Govt Junior College, Atchempet ,Guntur dt: 3,00,000/-

           f)       Arranged Sports material ,Uniform and bags for 200 students: 65,000/-

           g)      Arranged 4 benches @ MPP SC school, Konuru ,Atchempet md : 11,000/-

            h)      Renovated Putlagudem MPP school ( Provided doors, painting..etc) :  20,000/-

            i)        Arranged MIKE set  @ Cherukumpalem MPP ST school,Atchemept md,guntur dt: 5,000/-

 

 

4.       Digital class rooms @ adopted schools: 4,70,000 /-

a)      Received Digital class material for 9 schools,  :Total Estimation : 425000/-

b)      Arranged desktop computer @ MPP school, Putlagudem, Atchempet. 15,000/-     

c)   Arranged TV sets for two adopted schools ((Grandasiri MPUP and Velpur MPP school) in partnership with PUREOnline team : 30,000/-

a.       Provided 32 inch TV , stabilizer , pen drive / hard disk at total cost 15,000/- per class.

 

5.       Events / Meetings: 65,000/-

a)      Janapadu Talent fair -2017 for 4 Govt school students from 4 villages . Around 300 students participated in this event : 50,000/-

b)      Quarterly review meeting with HMs from 15 adopted schools @ Bollapalli Mandalam,Guntur dt : 15,000/-         

 

6.  Tree plantation and Maintenance completed with 2000 saplings across 4Km road & 25 adopted schools : 1,50,000/-
