Need Support for Digital Class Room Through AP Govt Matching Grant

Hi All Friends and Well Wishers,

From past 8 years we have adopted 92 Govt Primary schools in Andhra Pradesh and working to transform them into model schools with Better Learning facilities and basic amenities. SnehaHasthaalu started the Digital Class room(e-learning centers) at few of our adopted schools and would like to expand the same to all of our 90 adopted schools in the coming years and we would like to utilize the matching grant facility offered by Andhra Pradesh State Government.

 APJanmaBhoomi & APNRT are the two initiatives taken by A.P Govt in utilizing the learning's and earnings of our NRI community with Matching Grant facility and SnehaHasthaalu would like to utilize this opportunity in establishing the Digital Class rooms at 18 of our Adopted Schools in the 1st phase. 

Each Digirtal Class is going to be 1,50,000/- Rs and if we can contribute 30% of that cost, the remaining 70% will be contributed by A.P. Govt and A digital class room will be established on the donors name at one of our identified Adopted School. For implementation of digital classes at below selected 18 Government schools, SnehaHasthaalu in Partnership with  TELUGU PEOPLE Foundation && PARI Foundation( an NPOs in USA with whom we are working from couple of years) is seeking for donations. .

 As part of this program if SnehaHasthaalu can pool $375 from a donor like you to TELUGU PEOPLE Foundation,  through Employer Matching grant it will become $750 and the same will be contributed to Andhra Pradesh Govt through APJanmaBhoomi and a Digital class room worth of 1,50,000/Rs will be set-up on your or Your loved ones name and will bring a revolutionary change in a school directly and in the whole village indirectly.

 We are closely following with the concerned teams for time bound deliverable and will monitor from the day one of installation/set-up of this digital class and will  work out with the APFibreGrid team in getting Fibre connectivity to these schools on priority.

Your contribution of $375 will put one of these schools on the Digital Grid and our SnehaHasthaalu friends/donors from across the globe can communicate with these schools/students and can bring the change that we would like to bring in India. This $375 is going to be a game changer for hundreds of families and will remember us for their rest of life. In last 4 years, we got 100 used desktop computers from Infosys and taken various initiatives for training our adopted school teachers and students.This experience really helps us to take our adopted government schools to next phase of Digital education .
