Adopted School Program (Updates)

*** Improvements we Observed after taking this activity.

1. Teachers started taking tuitions 2 hours more every day.

2. Teaching English from 1st class itself (even govt not supporting).

3. Around 20 students joined in this School (1st they joined in Private schools).

Planning to implement following things as part of our adopted school program( in this coming academic year ). We welcome your suggestions on this action points.

1. Awareness program in village on our implementations for encouraging parents to join students in govt schools (our adopted schools) .

. Displaying Flexes/Cards in village with ' the developments we did in last one year And our plans for coming year'.

. Visiting homes/Rally on village road with help of teachers and parents.

2. Discussing with last year 5th class Students and ensure they will join in 6th class (No drop outs from our last year 5th class students).

3. Arranging all required books,slates,bags,pens, teaching materials to our school students & Teachers.

4. Arranging medical tool kit available to our schools .

5. Maintaining the students medical report by Using the medical program provided by Govt..,

State govt. has initiated a health program recently to look after the health of the students. We can help in implementation.

6. Arranging tree plantation program in our school environment and village with help of our school teachers and village people.

Target 100 trees minimum along with tree guards . lets we plan to arrange tree guards as much as possible.

7. Weekly once computer training program with computer expert .

Already we arranged one desktop computer in one school.

Soon we will plan to arrange desktop computer in other school.

8. Arranging sports tool kits and encouraging students towards sports. And Conducting sports competitions .

9. Encouraging different clubs in our schools like 'Sports club, Health Club, Environmental club'.

Expected Cost for this Year:

1. This year we are expecting total students around 200 (Including our students moving from 5th to 6th). For each student average cost 250/-. So total expected cost: 200*250 = 50000/- . We have to arrange my this month end (May 30th).

2. Tree Guards (At least 50 guards which will be reused in coming years also).

3. Medical Tool kit

4. Sports Took kit

5. Desktop Computer (2nd hand Computer).

6. One IRON/Woden Almarara ( To keep teachers material , students information in safe ).

7. Computer instructor weekly once (Guy will travel from near town: Sattenapalli weekly once).

8. Continuing School Teachers Salary .
