1. Provided 106000/- for renuka MBBS Student (2^nd years).

November month contributions towards our helping activities: 168787/- + 106000/- (which handover-ed to MBBS student).

Helping Hand Account status: 190000/- ( For MBBS students,School program,Sirisha(MCA),Anuradha(Nursing) )

Action Items and Plans :

In November me and our friend Maheswara reddy visited our school. We were there for one day.

Good things observed:
Everything going fine.
Not only we, even local village people observed some good change in students and teachers.
Every day morning and evening teachers taking tuitions.

Need to improve:
Because of last 4/5 years teaching (or) facilities problems, students standards are very low. Even 5^th class student not able to tell 15 tables, and not able to write even numbers in English.

1. Looking for one more qualified teacher for our adopted school . For this, we are looking for some more monthly donors towards teacher salary( around 3k-4k).
2. Arranging Tie,Belt and Badge sets to all our students by this month end – Three our friends came forward to donate these things.
3. For this month onwards, we have to pay 2000/- for Sirisha (MCA student in Vizak)

*** From this month onwards, we are asking our students to participate in service (teaching in govt school/visiting oldage home / blood donation cams/tree planation..etc) atleast one day per Quarter. If anyone not participate, we will stop support from our helping hands program. Your suggestions welcome on this conditions for students.
