Sneha Hasthaalu Activities, Expenses and Contributions Update From Dec 13th 2014 to March 14th

Hello Kind hearted Friends,

Our Friends team (Sneha Hasthaalu )  proved once again the value of team work ... Please have a look at the  various activities initiated by our SnehaHasthaalu   in addition to our continuous programs School Adoption & Supporting Graduate Students between Dec 13th to March 15th.

Activities Summary:

1 .  Appointed Tutors at 7 Schools for 3 Months (Average salary 1500/- per Month). Paid Salaries: 20000/-

2.  Procured Stationary Material for 2015-16 Academic Year. Total Cost: 86500/-
   

3.  Paid Advance for Note books (Received 30000 Note books for 2015-16 Academic year) : 300000/-

4.  Paid for Copy Books (10000 Copy books for 2015-16 Academic Year): 88500/-

5.  Paid Advance for Tie,Belt,Badge Sets ( 7000 sets for 2015-16 Academic Year) : 150000/-
     Received 7000 ties till now.

6. Shoes arranged for 110 students at 2 schools : 25000/-
    

7. Financial support to Graduate students(Giridhar_Phamcy) : 6000/-

8. Salaries for Teachers, Mentors,Village Library (For 2 Months)  : 40000/-

9. Arranged Career Guidance session @ Janapadu High School and provided Exam Pads & Career Guidance booklet  : 15000/-

10. Gave 50 Schools bags and 50 exam Pads to students whoever taking care tree plantation   : 5000/-

11.  4 friends celebrated their kids birthday at our adopted schools .

Like every year, this year also we are going to provide all the needful material for all our 60 schools with 5600 students and we started procuring the same in advance to get a better price. 2015-16 Academic year may starts from end of June and we want to finish this material procurement before march, to avoid the last minute rush & to get better discounts. 

Here is the breakdown of the needful budget towards various items, for coming 2015-16 academic year:

1. Balance Payment for Stationary (Pen,Pencils ..etc) : 25,000/- (Immediate need)

2. Digital Content for Schools (CDs/DVDs..etc) : 25,000/- (Immediate need)

3. Slates,School Bags : 50,000/- (Immediate need)

4.Balance amount for Mid Day Lunch Plates (500 Plats ) : 20,000/-

5.Balance amount for Belt,Badge sets for students : 75,000/- 

6. Summer Computer Training (For minimum 100 members(School Teachers+ Intermediate students) : 50,000/- (Immediate need)

Need support towards Material procurement for 2015-16 Academic Year

Hi Friends,

Wishing You All & your families a Happy New Year & Makara Sankranthi. Hope all our dreams may come true and our ideas & Thoughts may turn into Great actions and our families may prosper with Health,Happiness & Wealth.

With all your support & encouragement, School Adoption program by our SnehaHasthaalu (http://friends4helpinghands.blogspot.com) is going well and we are seeing great improvement in all those adopted schools.School enrolment is getting improved,drop-outs are decreasing and Quality of education & Discipline among the students is improving. We need to go long way in keeping the sustainability and make them Best model schools in next 3 years. 


Like every year, this year also we are going to provide all the needful material for all our 60 schools with 5600 students and we started procuring the same in advance to get a better price. 2015-16 Academic year may starts from end of June and we want to finish this material procurement before march, to avoid the last minute rush & to get better discounts.

1. Short and Long Note Books (30000 Books) : 3,25,000/-  (Immediate need)

2. Copy Books ( 10000 books) : 65,000/- (Immediate need)

3. Tie,Belt& Badge (for 4000 Students) : 1,25,000/- (Immediate need)

4. Stationary (Pen,Pencils ..etc) : 75,000/- (Immediate need)

5. Sports Material for adopted schools : 75,000/- (Immediate need )

6. Digital Content for Schools (CDs/DVDs..etc) : 25,000/- (Immediate need)

7. Slates,School Bags : 50,000/- (Immediate need)

8. Mid Day Lunch Plates (500 Plats ) : 40,000/- (we can order after 2 Months)

9. Summer Computer Training (For minimum 100 members(School Teachers+ Intermediate students) : 50,000/- (Need by March end)

10. Like earlier, this time also we are working with Infosys foundation to get the used computers for our schools and process is going on to get 60 computers by end of May and we need your support in procuring the UPS Power units. : 1,25,000/- (Need by May end)
