Sneha Hasthaalu Tree Plantation program for 2014 Year

           In the interest our future generation and to protect our deteriorating environment the Snehahasttalu has undertook tree plantation activity for the past 2 years. So far 2000 trees have been planted within the premises of schools and in villages. These trees have also been guarded by tree guards. The unique feature in this program is each tree in school is adopted by the children studying in the school who waters every day and nurtures and will be awarded with a prize.  "

 After seeing our last year plantation , more school Teachers,Students and Villagers coming forward to take care plants if we provide Saplings  & Tree Guards. 

      Like last year , this year also our Sneha Hasthaalu (http://friends4helpinghands.blogspot.in/) team planning to plant 1500 Saplings along with minimum 1000 Tree Guards in our Adopted schools compounds (51 Schools) & Villages with our students & Teachers support. 

We started procuring Tree Guards .This year we are providing support rods also to our tree guards. 

​****  Looking forward for all your continuous support and suggestions for making this tree plantation event grand success like last year. Estimated cost for planting 1500 saplings and with minimum 1000 Tree Guards would be 2 Lakhs. Lets try our level best for getting support and procuring Tree Guards ASAP by May End.

Material Procurement Status for 2014-15 Academic Year, School Adoption Program

We started procuring Material for 2014-2015 Academic year, School adoption program ( For total 51 Schools , 3500 Students). Looking forward for your continuous support towards procuring remaining material for our 51 adopted schools.


Material received by 25th ,April 2014:

      *copy books (8000 books)= 44800/-

                         Paid  = 44800/-

     *short note books (16800 books)= 130000/-

                        Paid  = 130000/-

     *belt&tie ( For 1400 students)= 55000/-

               Advance  Paid     = 20000/-

     *long notebooks (7400 books) =89000/-

                 Paid      = 89000/-

      *Procured Stationary (Pens,Pencils..etc) : 34200/-

                 Paid      = 34200/-

** Still We are working on below things (Which we have to order):

    * Tree Guards(750 Guards) : 150000/-
    * Sports Material (For 12 Schools) : 20000/-
    * Montessori Material (for 51 Schools) : 50000/-
    * Files ( 2200 files) : 20000/-
    * Mid Day Lunch Plates (200 Plates) : 16000/-
    * School Bags( Which we will for tree plantation & Spot Gifts. 500 Bags) : 40000/-
