Solution Adopted here ( About Gravity Fed Water Supply System):

Gravity Fed Water Supply System is an effective drinking water system where water from a source point at higher elevation is tapped and allows to flow to the village at lower elevation by means of pipelines connected to tanks at source and distribution points. This phenomenon of water flows under gravity and which requires zero maintenance and low operational spending; also it requires only a routine inspection of pipelines, tanks and taps.
