Material Procurement Status for 2014-15 Academic Year, School Adoption Program

We started procuring Material for 2014-2015 Academic year, School adoption program ( For total 51 Schools , 3500 Students). Looking forward for your continuous support towards procuring remaining material for our 51 adopted schools.


Material received by 25th ,April 2014:

      *copy books (8000 books)= 44800/-
                         Paid  = 44800/-

     *short note books (16800 books)= 130000/-
                        Paid  = 130000/-

     *belt&tie ( For 1400 students)= 55000/-
               Advance  Paid     = 20000/-

     *long notebooks (7400 books) =89000/-
                 Paid      = 89000/-

      *Procured Stationary (Pens,Pencils..etc) : 34200/-
                 Paid      = 34200/-


** Still We are working on below things (Which we have to order):

    * Tree Guards(750 Guards) : 150000/-
    * Sports Material (For 12 Schools) : 20000/-
    * Montessori Material (for 51 Schools) : 50000/-
    * Files ( 2200 files) : 20000/-
    * Mid Day Lunch Plates (200 Plates) : 16000/-
    * School Bags( Which we will for tree plantation & Spot Gifts. 500 Bags) : 40000/-

About Family Background:
·              Having one Acara  Agriculture Land.
·              Father is working as teacher in private school (Community Charity School, which collects minimal fee from students) , with monthly income 4000/-.
·              As a teacher from long time, guiding and helping lot of students in his village  to continue their education.
·              Mother is working as Anganawadi worker in local school. Getting 2000/- per Month.
·              Having one brother studying intermediate.

             Supporting education of his two sons & running family became very difficult with his monthly  small income. With lot of difficult they paid Ramakoteswara Rao’s Fee(Candidate) . For supporting their Son education, mother also joined as Anganawadi worker  @ 2000/- pm (They are not getting even that regularly) . But still they are facing difficulty for supporting their Son’s Monthly Expenses(around 2.5/3k) , Yearly Fee (Balance fee 27200/-),Books ..etc.

About Previous Education & Expenses: 

·                He Studied his 10th from from 'Sri Sarswathi Sisumandir' School. It is like Hindu Community Charity School. Very minimal Fee (around 3k).
·                 As he got 545 in 10th Class, NRI College offered Intermediate @ free of cost.
·                 Intermediate: 944/1000.
·                 EMCET Rank: 34810.

Request for Support:  
                   He Opted  Bapatla Engineering college , only because of placements & environment for GATE& Other preparations. As a teacher teaching and guiding lot students in their village. But facing difficulty for supporting & continuing his own Son’s educationLooking for our support towards his elder son’s education who is doing B.Tech 1st year in Bapatla Engineering College. He is promising and telling, Surely they will pay after their Son Education without delay.

          Request for support  for paying other additional  fees, buying books & Hostel/Room Expenses:

·         Tuition Fee : : 27200/-    (Total: 62200 - 35000(Reimbursing by Govt.) ) 
·         Hostel/Monthly Expenses fee: 30000/- Per Year(He is sharing room with friends)

      After personal verification and discussion with parents & student , We felt it is very genuine case . They facing very difficulty for supporting and continuing their son's education (Who is doing B.Tech 1st year in Bapatla Engineering College , Got 85% in 1st Semester ). As immediate relief , We sent him 15000/- in April .

But facing difficulty for supporting & continuing his own Son’s education. Looking for our support towards his elder son’s education who is doing B.Tech 1st year in Bapatla Engineering College.
